Our tutors undergo a rigorous selection process, including background checks and verification of qualifications. All staff are Enhanced DBS cleared, hold relevant academic qualifications and have proven expertise in their respective subjects.
We use secure and user-friendly online platforms for our tuition lessons. After scheduling a class, you will receive a link to join the session at the designated time. Lessons include interactive tools, whiteboards, and video communication for an effective learning experience.
You will need a computer or tablet with a stable internet connection, a webcam, and a microphone. Our platform is compatible with standard browsers, and we recommend using a quiet and well-lit space for optimal learning conditions.
Our tuition fees are structured based on the subject, level, and duration of the lesson. You can find detailed information about our fees on our website. We may also offer package deals and discounts, so be sure to check for any on-going promotions.
You will be emailed an invoice detailing the dates and fees for that month’s lessons at the start of each month. We ask that you make a payment to clear the invoice by the 7th day of the calendar month.
At My Home Learning, we are so confident of the quality of our services that we do not ask our customers to agree to any contracts or charge any joining or admin fees, nor do we charge any fees for cancellation of our tuition services. Further information is available in our “Terms and Conditions”.
You can reschedule or cancel a lesson by contacting us at least 24 hours before your designated lesson time. Check our cancellation policy for more details.
We prioritize the safety and security of our students. Our platform uses secure, encrypted connections for online lessons. Tutors undergo background checks and session recordings may be retained for quality assurance purposes.
